Bert Elsen is one of the founders of 4Advice. Bert started his career as a special services agent at TNT, where he would later become the Value Added Service Coordinator. After a few years he fell into the world of pharmaceuticals. He started working at MSD as Transportation Manager. Later he worked with the Brussels airport company to establish the GDP guidelines as a basis for Brucargo. Bert is also a Senior Consultant and Trainer for IATA. He provides consultancy and training services in the EU GDP Guidelines, IATA CP17 and the WHO Guidelines for Time and Temperature Sensitive Products.

Over the years, Bert has built up a broad network in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in the transport and logistics sector. He is a reliable person and always tries to meet the customer's needs.

As Operations Director, I take on operational activities to organize 4Advice, and I also take on consulting projects.

I first started as a financial advisor and then moved into healthcare, where my passion for pharmaceuticals and medical devices began. I have worked in different companies and held different positions and domains, such as finance and operational excellence. But it's the logistics that affected me the most. Within logistics, I held positions to determine transportation strategy, lead global transportation and warehousing projects, and lead global tactical, analytical, and project management teams.

Murielle Feyen is one of the Consultants at 4Advice and also Quality Manager within 4Advice. She always has an overview, yet an incredible eye for detail. Murielle has worked in the past as an account manager, operations manager and quality manager. Now she shares her quality and operational experience with all types of customers within 4Advice.

Murielle has already guided several customers to CEIV or GDP compliance. She is passionate about her job and will do everything she can to support customers and achieve the set objectives.

Jonathan has years of experience in the air freight sector. He has a lot of experience with time and temperature sensitive shipments. In his previous position he had to audit at various locations to ensure that everything was carried out in accordance with the requirements.

He will assist us as a Freelancer and will be operational from Zurich.

Pieter has been active in air freight his entire career. He has built up an enormous amount of knowledge in this domain, and is also known for this. Pieter supports us with his experience and shares it with our customers.
